By accessing or using mrq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

mrq provides version control and code snapshot services for software development. The Service captures, stores, and manages snapshots of your code files to enable recovery and exploration of different development paths.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all code and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Exceed usage limits or abuse the Service

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
